JournOEL V

Dear subscribers,

With these introductory words, we hereby open the doors to our Journoel V. and extend a warm welcome to you.

Welcome to the ever-growing circle of loyal supporters of OEL.

You have been following our development over the past few years and in some cases living through it. Because growth and development are double-edged swords and are equally associated with opportunities and risks.

And we stumbled across these risks more than once — especially in the area of our website and online shop. In the past few years, we focused so much on expanding our now global retail network that we neglected the possibility of direct contact via, for example, our online shop. We admit that freely and thank you for your understanding, your forbearance, and your patience. We want you to know that we have always tried to offer the best possible service within the scope of our own possibilities.

We have now understood that the “scope of our own possibilities” was the decisive pressure point that needed to be pushed accordingly. We can’t do everything ourselves, and ideas shouldn’t necessarily circulate just between us. No sooner said than done: we want our daily work to become more professional and have therefore opened up to the outside world. We are no longer working within the scope of our own possibilities, but within the scope of shared possibilities.
