The Koroneiki olives for this Liquid Gold come from the village of Andania in the Peloponnese, where our partner Ilias has been practicing organic farming and operating his state-of-the-art oil mill for over 30 years. All olives for our Liquid Gold are grown using traditional organic farming methods and are hand-picked. This protects the flora and fauna.
The olive oil is cold-extracted immediately after harvesting, stored in stainless steel tanks with no air contact, and then decanted into our canisters as needed.
This large 5-litre canister of olive oil is ideal for families, amateur cooks and anyone who, like us, uses olive oil as their sole cooking fat.
(Good to know: Some canisters may get a small dent on the way to you. This does not affect the quality.)
