The Koroneiki olives for this Liquid Gold come from the village of Andania in the Peloponnese, where our partner Ilias has been operating organic farming and its state-of-the-art oil mill for over 30 years. All olives for our Liquid Gold are cultivated on organic farms and harvested by hand. This protects flora and fauna.
The olive oil is cold extracted immediately after harvest, stored in stainless steel tanks under vacuum, and transferred to our canisters as needed.

(Good to know: Some canisters may develop a small dent on their way to you. This does not represent a reduction in quality.)

An excellent, first-class olive oil.
The Koroneiki olives for our oil come from our own olive groves in Andania, as well as from the groves of Ilias, who operates Andania's state-of-the-art oil mill. All olives for our oil are cultivated in organic farms and harvested by hand. This protects flora and fauna.
