These reddish salt pyramids make an interesting topping for pasta aglio e olio and are the perfect eye-catcher on grilled vegetables, tzatziki, toasted bread, and omelets. This salt comes from the salt marshes of the protected Messolonghi Bay , an estuary rich in wildlife (including flamingos). This product is made with only natural sea salt and paprika.
