Description

Our Early Harvest 2025 is a naturally cloudy, unfiltered organic olive oil from the first harvest in December 2025.
Obtained from 100% Koroneiki olives and gently cold-extracted , this Extra Virgin Olive Oil impresses with an intense, fresh interplay of aromas and its characteristic cloudiness.

Early Harvest oil omits the final filtration step. This leaves more suspended particles in the oil – valuable flavor carriers that give the fresh oil its particularly grassy, vibrant, and slightly nutty notes .

Over time, the suspended particles settle at the bottom. Gently swirling the canister before use ensures that the aroma is evenly distributed.

Like all high-quality, cold-extracted olive oils of the first class, Early Harvest also continues to develop over the course of the months:
Immediately after harvesting, it appears more vibrant, greener, and noticeably fresher . Over time, it becomes softer and rounder without losing its characteristic clarity. The Koroneiki olive brings its characteristic grassy, herbal, and citrus notes to the table in a particularly harmonious way – even when very fresh, it offers an exceptionally balanced taste experience.

How do I open the canister?

Grasp the plastic cap on top of the canister and first pull it up and turn it counterclockwise (to the left) until it comes off.
