Unser Imker Lampros zieht mit seinen Bienen auf der Peloponnes von Ort zu Ort, immer auf der Suche nach den besten Blütenweiden. In seiner kleinen Imkerei in Kalamata schleudert er den Honig. Je nach Vorrat, Klima und Saison gibt es verschiedene Sorten. Der Pinienhonig wird zu großen Teilen aus Honigtau erzeugt.
