Description

Our naturally cloudy, unfiltered organic olive oil comes from the first harvest in December 2025.
Obtained from 100% Koroneiki olives and gently cold extracted, this extra virgin olive oil impresses with an intense, fresh aroma and its characteristic cloudiness.

The naturally cloudy variety omits the final filtration step. This leaves more suspended solids in the oil – valuable aroma carriers that give the fresh oil its particularly grassy, lively, and slightly nutty notes.

Over time, the suspended solids settle at the bottom. Gently swirling the can before use ensures that the aroma is evenly distributed.

Like all high-quality, cold-extracted olive oils of the first grade, naturally cloudy olive oil also develops further over the months:
Immediately after harvest, it appears stronger, greener, and significantly fresher. Over time, it becomes softer and rounder, without losing its typical clarity. The Koroneiki olive contributes its characteristic grass, herb, and citrus notes particularly harmoniously – even when very fresh, an exceptionally balanced taste experience.
