We were on TV!
In the program "Servicezeit" on Thursday, March 21, 2024, we discussed the difficulties of the olive oil market and provided a glimpse into the tense situation. You can find the program in the ARD Mediathek; the oil section begins at minute 6:10.
"Rancid, musty, kind of spongy," the presenter begins. Fortunately, these are adjectives that we're sure don't involve oil.
A good olive oil is characterized by the following: fruity, bitter, and spicy, all in a balanced proportion. Now it's up to you to judge whether our oil delivers that!
Sobering side note: Even the lower-quality oils have almost doubled in price!
