Sous Chef is a mild, premium-quality extra virgin olive oil that's ideal for cooking and frying because it has less of a distinctive flavor. As long as you don't heat the oil above its smoke point (180°C to 200°C), good olive oils can be used for cooking, frying, and even deep-frying.
