Dark olives of the Kalamon (Kalamata) variety and green olives from Halkidiki, with pit, without brine. These olives are seasoned with herbs, lemon and the northern Greek pepper Bukovo.

The olive varieties
For our mixed olives we use green Halkidiki olives and Kalamata olives, also called Kalamon. These two varieties are typical Greek varieties - for an authentic taste experience!
The production
After the olives have been debittered in brine for weeks, they are marinated in herbs, vinegar and oil and then sealed in airtight jars.
The taste
The different aromas of the olive varieties, the Mediterranean herbs, a dash of vinegar and a little good quality olive oil create an intense, spicy taste experience with our mixed olives.
