in small batches from Nemea, Greece.
Four varieties – one style
clear, elegant, fruity and balanced.

use
Here's how to use balsamic oil:
For dressings, cheese and grilled vegetables
For refining sauces, marinades or desserts
As a finishing touch for fish, meat, or summer dishes
A few drops are enough – intensity over quantity.

Four varieties – four nuances:
Pure – clear and uncompromising.
Pomegranate – fruity and vibrant.
Blackberry – dark and intense.
Bergamot – fresh and citrusy.

The story of the Agiorgitiko grape
The Agiorgitiko (“St. George’s vine”) is one of the oldest red wine varieties in the world and has been cultivated in the Peloponnese since antiquity.
It is known for its dark color, gentle acidity and deep fruitiness.
Their grape must gives our balsamic vinegar body and balance – it is the soul of our line, a piece of Greek wine culture in every bottle.
